Delighted - If a member of our team has gone over and above for you, let us know. We want to be able to reward our team for the effort they put in. Just like anyone else, they’d love to hear that their hard work is valued.
Unhappy - We’re passionate about providing excellent customer service but as we’re only human, we might get it wrong. If we’ve let you down, please give us the opportunity to put it right. Tell us more so we can investigate and address your concerns and respond to you personally.

If your childcare plans go awry or something unexpected comes up - don’t panic! We keep a number of places open each day for emergencies, so if you need to book an extra session or rearrange a session, just call.
We can even help during the evening. If you have something to do on an evening or if you just want a night off, one of our experienced team can come round to babysit. Ask at reception or give us a call to book. We’ll make sure it’s someone your child is familiar with.
