Nursery Prices and Conditions
Opening Hours
The Nursery is open 08:00hrs to 18:00hrs Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and working days between Christmas and New Year. Early drop off and late pick up is available at extra cost, please discuss your requirements with us if they differ from our standard opening hours.
Inclusive Fees
Fees are inclusive of all food and drinks (including formula milk for babies up to 12 months of age), nappies, wipes, sudacrem and sun cream (in summer months).
Special Activities
Children of the appropriate age attending on Monday mornings at Cheadle Royal participate in Playmakers Soccer Skills and Sports session. Children attending on Monday afternoons at Christie Fields participate in a Tumble Tots session. Children attending on Friday mornings at Christies Fields and Friday afternoons at Cheadle Royal participate in a literacy session. All at no extra cost.
Half Day Sessions
A Morning half day session is 08:00hrs until 13:00hrs
An Afternoon half day session is 13:00hrs to 18:00hrs
Government Grants
Children aged 3 and over may benefit from the Nursery Education Grant. It applies to all children from their first term at Kids Allowed after their 3rd birthday until they begin primary school education. We will administer the grant fully on your behalf. The amount of the grant will depend upon the number of sessions attended per week.
Registration Fee
To apply for a place, a non-refundable registration fee of £100 is required. (£75 for 2nd or subsequent siblings - For online bookings sibling discount will be refunded when your booking is confirmed by Kids Allowed).On receipt of your payment Kids Allowed will either offer you the requested sessions or after dialogue with you, offer suitable alternative sessions.
A booking form outlining our terms and conditions will be sent to you for signature. If we are unable to offer you the requested sessions or provide a suitable alternative and you do not wish to go on our waiting list we will refund your registration fee in full.
Minimum Booking
We do not enforce a minimum number of sessions per week, however we recommend your child attends Kids Allowed at least twice a week to ensure their visits become a regular routine of their week. In our experience children who only attend once a week can sometimes find it dificult to settle. However, we will be guided by parents as you know your children best!

Discounts
We accept childcare vouchers and also operate our own Corporate Partner Programme. Our sibling discount is 5%.
Payment of Fees
Fees are paid monthly in advance via direct debit which is taken on the 1st working day of each month. Monthly fees are calculated as follows - weekly fee multiplied by 52 then divided by 12. If a part time place falls on a bank holiday, the fee for that day is refunded.
