Holiday Club Prices and Conditions
Opening Hours
The Holiday Club runs 08:00hrs to 18:00hrs Monday to Friday during school holidays. Early drop off and late pick up is available at extra cost, please discuss your requirements with us if they differ from our standard opening hours.
Inclusive Fees
Fees are inclusive of all freshly prepared food, drinks and snacks. Please note that there is a small additional charge for some of the trips these will be advised when your place is confirmed. If you book your child in for a full week the trip in that week will be free of charge.
Half Day Sessions
A morning half day session is 08:00hrs until 13:00hrs
An afternoon half day session is 13:00hrs to 18:00hrs
Prices
- Full time Holiday Club 5 day weeks £165.00
- Full time Bank Holiday 4 day weeks £132.00
- Full day Holiday Club - £36.50
- Half Day Holiday Club - £22.00
Suitable Ages
Holiday club is suitable for children aged children 4-10 years old. Children who attend the holiday club who are 4 years old must have commenced reception class at school. If your child is 4 and has not yet started school, subject to availablility, you can book ad-hoc sessions in the Kids Allowed Pre-School until your child is old enough to join the holiday club - Please contact us if this is applicable before booking.
Discounts
We accept childcare vouchers. Our sibling discount is 5% of the fees for the second child. For online bookings sibling discount will be refunded when your booking is confirmed by Kids Allowed.
Payment
Fees are paid in advance at the time of booking. Bookings can be cancelled with 4 weeks written notice after which time the booking is non refundable. Cancelled bookings with the appropriate notice as outlined will receive a credit note. With 7 days notice or more and subject to availability you can 'swap' your booked session for another session in the same week. The administration charge for each swap session is £5.
